GAZA ATTACKS: SILENT OBAMA vs. OUTSPOKEN SUB MARCOS

Eight weeks ago, just after Mr. Obama's electoral victory, I wrote a few lines about the supposed wind of change that the new President of the US of North America could bring to world politics.

At that time I didn't expect too much from the new Commander in Chief of the US Army.

At least, in foreign affairs, I wasn't mistaking at all. He won't change too much. The first prove: Omama´s silence about the Israel attacks on Gaza and its civil inhabitants.

In the other hand, the disappeared Sub Marcos, from EZLN, after eight years of silence, finally has spoken to denounce both: Obama´s silence and the attacks on Gaza and its population. I was missing his comments on politics, economy and human dignity in these times of failed neocon capitalism.

As far as realpolitik goes, aapparently everything changed to remain all the same.
